About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, new logo Sales Director to drive net-new revenue growth within the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a true hunter role focused on outbound business development, enterprise acquisition, and strategic channel engagement with Salesforce sellers.
This role will emphasize selling complex Salesforce Platform solutions, particularly across Account Engagement (ARM), Revenue Cloud & Billing (RCB), and Agentforce. The ideal candidate understands how to position transformational platform initiatives—not just point implementations—and can build trusted relationships within Salesforce and executive buying centers.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities:
Net-New Logo Acquisition
Own and exceed aggressive new logo revenue targets.
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive networking, ABM strategies, and Salesforce channel engagement.
Drive full sales lifecycle from discovery through close.
Lead competitive pursuits and differentiate our SI capabilities within crowded markets.
Develop account acquisition strategies targeting enterprise and upper mid-market organizations.
Salesforce Channel Business Development
Build strong relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and Partner Managers across Platform, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce teams.
Develop and execute joint account plans to drive sourced and influenced pipeline.
Actively participate in Salesforce ecosystem events, QBRs, and partner forums.
Position the company as a preferred partner for ARM, RCB, and Agentforce initiatives.
Maintain visibility and credibility within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
Platform-Focused Strategic Selling
Lead consultative sales cycles centered on Salesforce Platform transformations.
Demonstrate fluency in:
Account Engagement / Marketing Automation (ARM)
Revenue Cloud / CPQ & Billing (RCB)
Agentforce / AI-driven service and automation
Broader Salesforce Platform architecture and integrations
Partner with solution architects and delivery leaders to craft compelling proposals and SOWs.
Structure commercial models aligned to complex transformation programs.
Required Experience:
7–10+ years of enterprise consulting or technology services sales.
Proven track record of consistent new logo attainment.
Experience selling Salesforce consulting services, particularly platform-led engagements.
Demonstrated success co-selling within the Salesforce partner channel.
Experience closing multi-six to seven-figure services engagements.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CIO, CRO, CMO, and COO stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience selling ARM/Revenue Cloud/CPQ, or Agentforce solutions.
Existing Salesforce AE relationships within Platform or Revenue Cloud teams.
Familiarity with AI-driven transformation initiatives.
MEDDICC or similar qualification discipline.
Experience in competitive SI displacement scenarios.
