With a strong technical background, Cindy excels at leading complex projects, op

timizing processes, and driving strategic initiatives. What truly sets her apart is her absolute love for creating order from chaos. If you have a project that's "weird," "over the top," or the "eye of the storm," Cindy is your go-to leader! She ensures every initiative we tackle delivers measurable value while embracing the "shoot for the stars" culture here at NSG.

Skilled in stakeholder management, system implementations, and process improvements, Cindy ensures seamless project execution and alignment with business goals. Her expertise in both financial services and CRM enables her to bridge technical and business needs, delivering innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions.

She has various industry experience, including Investment Banking as mentioned, but also Automotive, Healthcare, and Cybersecurity. Cindy possesses strong communication skills, which is essential for the role. Most projects require Cindy to interact with various stakeholders across the globe to ensure projects can be delivered within challenging parameters set by the client.

Beyond the Boardroom: The Thrill-Seeker

When she’s not mastering program delivery, Cindy is chasing her next adrenaline rush! Forget a gentle jog… Cindy runs anything that is over the top and challenging. She's conquered the legendary Comrades Marathon six times! As Cindy says: “if it’s tough, I’d want to do it!”

Her adventurous spirit also extends to the water. While living in Canada (where it's often colder than the North Pole!), she dreams of retiring somewhere she can simply walk out onto the beach and scuba dive; she already has over 50 dives under her belt!
