About the Role
As our proven selling playbook continues to evolve, we are seeking dedicated Services sellers who:
Bring a successful track record of solution selling within the Salesforce partner ecosystem, specifically Revenue Cloud, CPQ and Billing engagements
Focused on working closely with project/engagement teams who are delivering the scope of work sold
Understand how to credibly scope consulting deals from a technical lens
Are passionate about building relationships, and collaboratively solves problems with customers and channel partners alike
Exhibits innovative sales leadership, with the ability to drive marked growth, and possesses an interest to further optimize our sales framework.

Job Summary
As a Northlight Account Executive, your focus will be on selling world-class Salesforce implementation services, primarily but not limited to Revenue Cloud (including CPQ and Billing). You will work directly with Northlight’s prospective clients to understand their needs, articulate our offerings, and close deals, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients interested in Salesforce products, most notably Revenue Cloud implementation services.
Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s specific needs and tailor your pitch for our implementation services accordingly.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage multiple sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
Collaboration: Work with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and implementation success.
Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in services and/or consulting sales, within the Salesforce ecosystem
Proven track record of selling Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing consulting services
Credibility through Salesforce certifications
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Physical RequirementsÂ
Ability to travel up to 25% (Global conditions permitting)Â
Ability to work on a laptop and at a desk for extended periodsÂ
